Blast From The Past

Jun. 10/14

Last Friday I had the privilege of joining a few other Kelvin High School graduates to perform at a lunchtime BBQ. The list featured: Jessee Havey & Leonard Podolak (The Duhks), Jake Kennerd, Luke Kennerd & Cody Kennerd, (Sons of York), and Fred Penner! What a great feeling to be a part of such an extensive list of musical talent!

I am looking forward to the remaining shows this June, then its off to celebrate Canada Day at the Forks!

The Morning Crow

May. 26/14

The rivers and lakes are thawed out, the Goldeye are running on the La Salle River…so I will make this brief. Have you ever been woke up by the cackling crow at some ungodly hour? Me too. Here is my latest song, a ballad of the unwanted wakeup of from a 'Black Feathered Succubus', titled, "The Morning Crow". Enjoy.

That's It…Back To Winnipeg

May. 6/14

After a month on the road, I am parked back in Winnipeg for some much needed maintenance. It was a hard 7,000km on my wheels. Besides the automobile misfortunes, I had some amazing times with so many friends, old and new. Thank you to all the venues, hosts, friends, and family that have allowed me to make a living through travel and song.

I will be sharing new songs, old songs, and a few classics at Gordie's Coffeehouse (127 Cobourg Ave.), Thursday, May 22nd @ 8pm. Looking forward to a hometown show!

Now for a date with MPI.
